 How easy is it to install the Lingan smart downlight with zigbee application?

1)screw/plug in the bulb, then turn on the power switch.

2)Download the app from app store or scan QR code on the box or download app from our website.

The App can not fint my smart downlight

1)Ensure that the power is turned on at the switch

2)Check if the adapter plug in outlet and the plug of adapter plug in bridge tightly.

Wireless connection is not stable

The smartphone and downlight will occasionally disconnect even with a strong wireless signal. This is caused by older versions of iOS and is more stable with newer versions. For this reason we recommend upgrading your iOS.

How many hours of light will i get our of my Lingan LED smart downlight?

You will get approximately 50,000 hours out of your smart lights. This is the equivalent of leaving your light on continously for 6years!

Can more than one person control the LED smart downlight?

Multiple people can pair to the bulbs, However simultaneous connections are not supported.
