Product Overview
Trommel screen is also named drum screen, whic is consist of four parts: drum, undersize hopper, support base, drive device.
When material feed into the drum, under the influence of large centrifugal force, material will make a sprial movement along with drum surface. Meanwhile, oversize materials was removed out of discharge outlet; qualified materials(different sizes) be collected in undersize hoppers. Then sent to be the next system by belt conveyor or other.
Product Feature
Trommels are designed for high performance screening, classification and grading application. With over 50 years experience of it, our trommel screen has the following features:
- Good performance, highest production rates, lowest input costs and long service life.
- Capacity range of 7.5-1500 m3/hour of slurry, or 6-600 tons/hour of solids, per single trommel.
- Speical design of screen makes it more durable than a common one.
- Heavy duty jacking and adjustable stands, assist in rapid set up & assembly time.
- High pressure spray bar network around the hopper and through out the length of the trommel.
- Heavy duty roller supports (steel or rubber) wheels.
- Portable mobile or stationary configuration.
There are four types trommel screen in our company: 1. enclosed type; 2. open type; 3. heavy-duty type; 4. light-duty type
Application
1) Quarry: gravel, clay, mountain meal, sand, etc.
2) Coal Industry: lump coal, coal dust, coal washing, etc.
3) Cold Mine: gold screening and washing
4) Chemical Industry: sifting calcium oxide, compost
5) Metallurgy, construction, mineral-selecting, etc.
6) Recycling Industy: solid waste, scrap tires, plastic, etc.

1. During the installation and commissioning, we shall send our technician to the site for guiding the installation and commissioning.
2. During the installation and commissioning, we offer training service
3. The quality assurance date is one year after commissioning.
4. If the equipments appear the equipment failure because of improper handling of user, we are in charge of maintenance, and collect the appropriate cost.
5. We offer the components with favorable price, perdurable maintenance. After quality assurance date, if the equipments need to be repaired, we only collect the cost price.
30% of the total amount shall be paid by T/T as deposit ,balance must be paid by TT or L/C before delivery.
2.SHIPMENT:
20 working days after receiving the advance payment.
3.PACKING:
Machines will be through rusty and moist-proof before delivery; small parts are packed int- o wooden crates;larger parts are wrapped by plastic sheeting.
4.INSTALLATION:
If required, one or more engineer/engineers will be sent to guide the installation and comm issioning of machines; the buyer shall prepare the materials and tools needed,and offer ne cessary assistance.The actual expenses include accommodation, meal and traveling fee o f the engineer,and insurance also should be paid by the buyer. Every engineer should be paid 80 USD per day.
5.WARRANTY:
100% brand new when leaving the factory. The seller guarantee the quality of the machine (excluding wearing parts) for a period of one year from the date of trial run but not exceed 15 months from the date on which machine shipped out of the factory.
