Ice Source large ice cube maker is the first type of ice cube machine adopted four leading technologies: automatically adjust ice thickness, automatically match the change of ambient temperature, automatically supply ice making water and facilitated condensing pressure steady system. The producing process is full automatically; ice is sanitary and crystal, without thickness difference. Reasonably adopt two patent technologies: flat plate exchange heat technology and circulating heat ice dropping technology, which break through the problems of low output, big power consumption, and unsteady ice dropping of small ice cube maker. It provides full technology guarantee for our large ice cube maker sold all over the world.
Features of Cube Ice Machine:
1. High Production Capability. The production of our ice cube maker can reach 90% to 95% in summer. When the environment temperature is below 23°C, the production of our ice cube maker can reach 100% to 130%.
2. The cube ice is safe to eat. As to the material of ice cube maker, we use 304 stainless steel for the frame and outer shell plate and use Nickel-plate Brass material for producing ice maker (ice molds). The whole processing of cube ice reaches the international standard for hygiene. So the cube ice is safe to eat.
3. Greatly save energy, only 80-85kW.H power is consumed to produce one ton ice. But other factory's small ice cube maker which has the daily capacity of several hundred kilograms, their average power consumption is above 160kW.H for producing 1 ton ice. Our large ice cube maker will save you a big amount of cost in power.
4. Easy Operation. Our ice cube maker has been adopted Germany Siemens PLC microcomputer controller, self-adjustment for ice thickness, self-adaptation for ambient temperature and balance between automatic ice forming and water supply. Manual operation is not required. Our ice cube maker is easy to operate.
5. Ice dropping and outgoing automatically, reduce the possibility of contact by human, which can guaranty the ice clean and sanitary.
6. Save space. The design of our ice cube maker is optimized and compact. For a whole machine of CV2000 including cooling tower, the land area is less than 5 square meter. And in order to save space, the cooling tower can install outside
