Ⅰ.About Ice Block Machine:
1. Ice block machine have brine design, containerized design and direct evaporate design (use aluminum make ice cans).
2. Ice block machine for producing big block ice, can design each ice block as 2.5kg, 5kg, 10kg, 15kg, 20kg, or 25kg......
3. It is big ice so can keep for long time. For some countries, specially, Africa country the power supply is not steady, so need big ice keep fresh for food or some other things or chilling drinks and water.
4. Daily capacity of ice block machine can be from 1ton to 100tons.

Note:
The above information is according to adopt water cooled condenser.
Size of machine is before installation.It didn’t mention size of cooling tower, cooling tower is usually installed in the outside.
Machine running condition: water temperature: 23Centi degree, evaporate temperature:-12Centi degree, condensing temperature 40Centi degree, reference valve under 50Hz power supply. Real production of machine will have a little change according to change of water temperature and ambient temperature.

IV.Packing:
1. Standard wooden case.
2. Completely ice machine contain: machine, brine tank,ice block cans,cover,cooling tower, water pump, water pipes and water pipe fittings.
3. Machine come into use, customer only need prepare power for the machine.
4. All required components for installing the machine will be provided.
5. Our factory also can produce cold room for store ice.
6. If each block ice is heavy we suggest customer buy crane system for automatically take out ice and filling water in to ice block cans.
7. For brine design need use salt. Brine no need change often, just need discharge the brine and clean the tank each year.
8. We will offer a meter to customer for test density of brine.
V.Ice Block Machine Pictures:
This is the whole of the mahcine. It mainly include three parts: machine unit, salt water tank and cooling tower.
The large ice block machine will be euipped with the crane system. It can take out the ice from the salt water tank and fill the water into the ice mold automatically.
This is the stainless steel 304 ice mold.
The ice block machine can be installed inside the container. Our customer is using the crane system to take out the ice mold automatically.
The block ice can be storaged inside the cold room.
