Pharmacy:raw material grinding,wet process of granules,dry material granulation.For those tables not in requirement,they can recycled according to the size of particles.Foodstuff:for the reuse of biscuits.Others:for the grinding and granulation of coarse materials,block materials and agglomerated materials.
Raw materials entering the feeding gate will be fall into coneshaped working chamber and era sheared by rotary knifes and mesh surface.The material is cut into small particles and released from the sieve.The granule size is decided by the distance of mesh size,rotary knifes and sieve as well as the rotary knife speed.

1 What material will you want to make granulator ?Is it dry powder or wet powder ?
2 what is your require powder size? And capacity per hour ?
3 What voltage you want? For example, 380V 50hz 3p; 440V 60Hz,3p; 220V...etc.
(We only provide 3P, because our machines are all for industrial use,not for family.)
4 Usually we use stainless steel 304,if you want stainless steel 316,it is ok.Pls feel free to tell us.
