1. Q: Can you send me samples for test ?
A: Yes, we are really willing to offer you samples to test the quality of our phone cases how good they are. It takes 1-2 days in stock, and takes approx 5-10 days for ODM & OEM Samples.

2. Q: What is the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)? Can I place a mixed order ?
A: The MOQ would be 50 PCS/Color If we have in stock, If not, as usual, Our MOQ is 200 PCS /Color /Model/Design, Some popular models can be lower. The mixed order is highly welcome.

3. Q: The photo's colors are as same as the products?
A: It would be almost close to the realistic colors of the products.However,as we all known,the color will be influenced in the shooting light,angle and the different color displayer,so physical and photos maybe a little different.

4. Q: What kind of packaging you offer?
A: We will pack the goods well with exporting packages to make sure all goods in a good condition during storage and delivery.

5. Q: What would be the insurance during transportation? 
A: Buyers should take the full responsibility for shortage of goods if the goods are checked by any custom during transportation. During transportation, if goods are missed because of having been detained by custom in China, all loss thus occurred should be borne by us; if missing or detained of goods are occurred in other country except China, all loss should be borne by buyers
