Introduction                                                                                                                                                                          

The MWD-10 type Electronic Wood-based Panel Universal Testing Machine is used to test the physics 

and chemistry property of all kinds of wood based panel and veneer panel, which conform to the

 GB17657-1999<<Physics and Chemistry Property Test Method of Wood-based Panel and Veneer Panel

>>, and can do the agglutination strength test, surface bonding strength test, inner bonding strength test, 

screw out resistance test, static bending strength test and elastic modulus test. It’s essential test 

instrument for quality inspection section and panel manufacturer, etc.

Structure and working principle                                                                                                                                      

This machine is composed by host machine, accessory and measurement system, etc.

1 Host machine

The host machine composes basis, column,up crosshead, hand wheel, lead screw and load sensor. The fixtures of tensile and compression are installed between basis and up crosshead. When the hand wheel rotates, it will drive the lead screw up and down to do the tensile, compression, bending and shearing test. In the process of testing, the force value will be measured by load sensor.

3 Accessory

According to the test requirement of wood-based panel, this machine equips 6 sets appurtenances; there are appurtenances of agglutination strength test, appurtenances of surface bonding strength test , appurtenances of inner bonding strength test, appurtenances of screw out resistance test , appurtenances of static bending strength test and appurtenances of elastic modulus test. The user can use them according to the installment figure.

Working condition                                                                                                                                                             

1. Room temperature10℃~35℃,the relative humidity is≤ 80%;

2. Install it on level solid base, levelness is 0.2/1000;

3. Around it without vibration, corrosive medium, strong electric-magnetic field interference;

4. Fluctuation of power voltage can’t be more than ±10% of rated voltage;

5. The host testing machine should be connected to the ground stably.
