UQK10~40 Magnetic Switch Normally Open for Float Type Liquid Level Switch

UQK-10~40 float level controller is applicable for the liquid level control of open or pressure resistant vessels. When the level at lower or upper limit position, switch will send alarm signal and shut-off the controlling pump or valve. UQKS (with self-checking) liquid level controller can detect the controller and system as the equipment in normal operation to ensure them running with safety.

Working principle

The most reliable and practical type three–magnet driven switch with bistable memorization function is applied on the magnetic level gauge. The switch is mounted on the connecting flange, no contact with process medium, with high temperature resistance, explosion proof and shocking protection functions. Due to the three-magnet coupling triggering switch, the measure float moves as level rises via the magnetic steel (the first magnetic steel) on the other side through connection rod, its magnetic force line goes through the magnetic coupling interface of stainless steel flange and make the second magnetic elements reverse, and the third magnetic steel reverses as the opposite orientation according to the second one, and then drive the switch via pushing lever.
