XHW-20 Tubular Materials Ring Stiffness Testing Machine/ pipe compression testing machine
FEATURE
This machine is mainly used for the ring stiffness test (including ring softness test and flatness test) of all kinds of tubular materials. To meet with special needs, it can add three functions, i.e. tension, compression and bend. This machine is one kind of multifunction electronic universal testing machine.

Host machine structure:

It adopts photoelectric encoder and professional displacement gauge to measure the
deformation.
Controlling system:
Computer control type adopts advanced CMOS chip integrated technology and professionally designed data acquiring mu-factor and controlling software, which can automatically calculate ring stiffness, ring softness and son on.
- Auto zero: the system will auto zero when test start.
- Auto gear shift: in order to keep the accuracy, it will auto shift to the suitable gear according to the actual load force.
- Auto stop: when specimen cracked, the machine will auto stop.
- Auto calibrate: the system could auto calibrate.
- Auto disk-save: The test condition and date could be auto saved.
- Auto gear shifting: the middle beam could auto gear shifting according to the preset program, it also could be adjusted by manual.
- Auto control: it supports testing speed, displacement, strain, etc closed loop control.
- Auto stop: when specimen crushed, the machine will automatically stop.
- Auto save: when test finished, the system will automatically save the test date and curve.
- Batch test support: for the specimen with the same parameter, it supports batch test.
- Display way: real time display test date and curve
- Curve traverse: it supports re-analysis of the testing curve after the test, it can find the relative date of any specific point on the curve.
- Curve types: it has Stress-strain, force-displacement, force-time, displacement-time curve. The user can choose any one according to their requirement.
- Test report: the user can modify the test report according to their requirement.
- Limit protection: it has mechanic and software two types limit protection.
- Over-load protection: when the testing force goes over 2%-10%, it will automatically stop.
