MBW Test machine for Outer Door and Window Insulation Properties CE
1. Introduction:
It conforms to GB/T 8484-2008 Graduation and test method for thermal insulating properties of doors and windows. This machine is used to test for properties of outer door and window. The whole process is automatically test, auto store testing date, auto calculate testing results. On the base of auto analysize, it allows manual intervention and edit the testing report.
Principle: It is based on steady heat transfer principle, which adopts calibrate hot box method to measure the thermal insulation property. One side of the specimen is hot chest, imitate the indoor climate weather condition of heating building in winter; the other side is cool chest, imitate the outdoor weather condition in winter. The outer cover environment cabinet, imitate outside standard testing environment.
2.Function and Features:
a. Full automatic failure-free operation
b. Real time display temperature curve, callout at any time, observe the temperature change of hot room, cool room and environment room.
c. Advanced temperature sensor component, improve measuring accuracy.
d. 165 temperature measuring points, it has sensor self-check function.
e. According to the new standard, it adds graduation and test of resist dew factor and glass, frame heat transmission coefficient.
f. It saves total process testing date.
