Ebyton factory vacuum casting| silicone mould:
A silicone mould is the best tool for making a set of parts made of polyurethane in a few days ,with similar characteristics to the final products.
It starts from a master, usually made of stereo lithography, which is coated with silicone fluid to obtain the mould .the impression can be filled with hard or soft resins ,which allow you to obtain up to 25/30 replicas.
Ebyton has a complete workshop for making any kind of tool, modification, adjustment, painting, ect. As well, we make aluminum and other foundry parts.
