1. Physical Properties of Permanent Neodymium Magnet:

a) NdFeB magnets offer the highest energy product of any material today and are available in a very wide range of shapes, sizes and grades.

 

b) NdFeB magnets have some limitations due to their corrosion behavior. In humid applications, a protective plating is highly recommended.  Platings which have been used successfully include, parylene,epoxy resin,zinc plating, gold plating, Ag plating,nickel plating and combinations of these platings.  Changes in composition and processing over the past several years have resulted in significant improvements in corrosion resistance and high temperature performance. 

 

2.Magnetic characteristics of Permanent Neodymium Magnet:   customized

 

 

3.Shape of Neodymium Magnet: Disc, Ring, Block, Segment, Cylinder, Trapezoid, Customized Design(Design proper magnets for clients specific requirements)

 

4.Tolerance: +/-0.05mm for small dimensions, +/-0.1mm for common specifications, +/-0.15mm for big blocks

 

5.Coating: Ni, Ni-Cu-Ni, Zn, Epoxy, Parylene, etc.

Packaging & Shipping

 

1. By Sea-freight: Magnets would be covered by standard carton box,inside filled with iron shield.If GW is over 500KGS,pallet is required.Shipment schedule would be arranged as soon as possible.

 

 

 

2. By Air-freight: Magnets could be packed by carton box.In addition,magnetism would be shielded through air-freight.
