1.It is equipped with touch screen and Japan Mitsubishi PLC control system, making the whole process of mixing,
material loading, pressing run fluently and intelligently. It can produce 10 hollow bricks per mould and 54 standard brick per mould.
2.High level steel, special welding technology and Siemens or Schneider motor make a perfect and stable machine performance
3. The way of four rods guiding and long guiding sleeve guarantees precise mould movement.
4.There are two types of stacker for client’s choice
5.It can not only produce concrete block but also fly ash, waste of coal and mine, etc. different mould can also produce hollow or solid bricks for different use.
6.As an efficient, economical, and practical brick molding machine, it is rational in structure, and can speed up the molding process through vibration.
QT6-15B hollow block machine Main advantages

Screw Conveyer (Optional fitment): loading bins of the instrument for transporting Fly Ash from the silos(optional fitting) or cement hopper (optional fitting) to the Batching Plant.
Batching Plant: It consists of three loading bins and one weighing bin. It also contains blet conveyers to convey materials from loading bins to weighing bin. Batching and weighing is done by PLC control. We can load three different types of material into the loading bin.
Conveyer Belt: When the Batching plant’s weighing bin trips according to the PLC control, the material comes to this conveyer belt. Then conveyer belt carried materials to the Mixture Machine.
Concrete Mixture Machine: All the ingredients are mixed in this mixture machine. Mixing time and speed is controlled by PLC. The inbuilt water pump adds water to the mixer automatically, as per requirement.
Block mold machine: This is key of the production line. It can press the mixed material. So it can make various hollow block, solid brick, paver brick and kerbstone.
Stacker: Stacker is used to lay the block automatically, which is high-efficient and labor saving.
It can produce all kinds of hollow blocks and solid bricks and color paving bricks,only by changing different moulds.
