Q1: What is our factory product range?
A1: We are specialize in stainless steel tube/pipe, Oval pipe, Special pipe(eg single slot pipe, double slot pipe etc), Elbow, plate,scrap, coil, sheet etc.
Q2: What is the Warranty for the pipe?
A2: For the pipe 201&304 ,we have 3&5 years warranty separately.If any quality problems on our side occured in this period ,we will take responsibility by reasonable compensation and replacement.
Q3: How to certify the material of 201 or 304 grade for the pipe?
A3: Our factory with professional machine for test the chemical composition of 201 or 304 grade material, what is more if customer insist we can send the material to third party in charge of testing material then start production after get certified report.
Q4: What are the trade terms and payment terms can be accepted?
A5: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF; T/T or L/C preferred.
Q5: What is the delivery time? And how to keep your promise?
A6: For full container usually is 15-20days normally, if allowed and u need urgent, we can make it about 10days. In order to keep the promise of delivery time, we will agree on the contract by detail to restrict both sides by confirmed penalty.
