Description:
Designed for use with a crane or other hoisting equipment. The GLA400-4-B-M Lifer employs vacuum to hold a load for lifting, and provides Manual rotation, 360° edgewise, with locking at each quarter point and manual tilt, 90° between upright and flat for load manipulation.

Manual valve is connected to suction cup separately and the operator can shut off individual suction cup according to the dimension of workpiece. This function is also useful for the self-check of vacuum reservoir.
The vacuum lifter uses USA GAST oilless rotary vanes vacuum pump to be the vacuum generator, the max. Vacuum degree is up to 85%, even no need to fill lubrication and cooling liquid.
The vacuum lifter is equipped with a buzzer and warning light units, in case of a power failure or vacuum leakage, an optical and an acoustic signal goes off immediately to warn the operator to do emergency operation.
The vacuum lifter is equipped with Vacuum reservoir tank helps prevent immediate vacuum loss in case of power failure and extends battery life by reducing pump cycles required to maintain vacuum. when the power is turned off in sudden, always can keep the workpiece not falling down for 5 minutes. Won’t bring about equipment damaged, etc Safe accidents.(EU CE standard for 5 minutes);
