2,Existing crane mechanical and electrical configuration:

(3)Lifting equipment: Driving/cantilever crane (should be provided by the client)

3.1 Equipment specification selection

3.2 Operational control instructions of suction pad.
3. 3 With board joint:
Control of the driving crane, Make the vacuum lifter move to above of the ss sheet, make the vacuum lifter move to the upper of the ss sheet.
3.4 Board suction:
Press the rotary switch for start the power, the vacuum pump start working
Place the machine on the ss sheet
To press the button on the remote control panel , Suction pad began to automatic suction plate. when the vacuum degree reaches requirements, meet the suction conditions, the green light is lit up, meanwhile, outputs a signal to the driving crane, driving can prompt and run on horizontal.
3.5 Board movement:
Control the driving crane movement to the designated position

3.7 Suction pad control respectively:
When the plate length less than the outermost pad distance of two groups, through shut down the manual ball valve on each suction cups. separation from air flow of vacuum system, To prevent the vacuum leak.
