1. The vacuum glass lifter is for handling the glass sheet.

5. The material of suction pad is NBR (oil resistance,skid resistance, corrosion resistance) , Be able to effectively and steel vacuum suction and produce vacuum.
6. The suction pad can be adjustablem, can be turned off and open individuallly.
7. The vacuum lifter is equipped with a buzzer and warning light units, in case of a power failure or vacuum leakage, an optical and an acoustic signal goes off immediately to warn the operator to do emergency operation.
8. The vacuum lifter is equipped with safety tank&Pressure switch warning, when the power is turned off in sudden, always can keep the workpiece not falling down for 15 minutes. Won’t bring about equipment damaged, etc Safe accidents.(EU CE standard for 5 minutes);
9. The design of vacuum lifter by our company is passed to EU CE 13155 passed.

The glass lifter can be combined and operated with many different carrier facilities,such as crane,excavatos, wheel loaders, fork lifts.
Load Movement:
- Manual rotation, 360° edgewise, with locking at each quarter point
- Manual tilt, 90° between upright and flat, with automatic latching in upright position
Every product has passed at least six times inspection before shipping to our customers,like material incoming inspection, fist piece inspection,hardness and color inspection, QA inspection, Out-going inspection,etc
