Apply part:vacuum huge lifter, adopt to number 16 suction pads of 850*450mm,   rectangle suction pad, the safety suction force of single suction pad is 1000kg,total safety suction force of whole equipment is 18000kg.

2. The vacuum lifter with vacuum power adopt to Unibody design,Facilitate flexible operation .

 

3. The vacuum lifter uses Germany  oil rotary vanes vacuum pump to be the vacuum generator, the max. Vacuum degree is up to 99%, need to fill lubrication and cooling liquid.

4. The vacuum lifter is equipped with vacuum tank, when the power is turned off in sudden, always can keep the workpiece not falling down for 5 minutes.  Won’t bring about equipment damaged, etc Safe accidents.(EU CE standard for 5 minutes)
