1. Brief introduction
Our control cable can be produced according to GB9330. The specification not only comprehensively meets but also partly exceeds the national standards above.
Control cables are used in the site of control circuit, monitoring circuit and protective lines that have AC rated voltage of 600/1000V and below as the connectors of all kinds of appliances.
PVC insulated control cables are used in the site of control circuit, monitoring circuit and protective lines that have AC rated voltage of 450/750V and below, as the connectors among electrical appliances.
XLPE insulated control cables are suitable for the site of long—distance operating control circuit of power plant, transformer substation, factory, petrochemical industry whose AC frequency is 50Hz and rated voltage 0.6/1KV and below. As connectors of all kinds of electrical instruments and automated assemblies, they can transmit electical energy and ensure the reliable running of the whole power system.
2. Characteristic
Series of cores number 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-10-12-14-16-19-24-27-30-37-44-48-52-61 core
Lay-up temperature of PVC insulated or sheathed cable is not less than 0°C
Recommended permissive bending radius:
All plastic cables are not less than 10 times of cable outer diameter and the others are not less than 15 times.

The rated voltages 450/750V PVC and 0.6/1kv XLPE control are used for the controlling,return circuit and protecting facilities for the rated voltages 450/750V and 0.6/1kV separtely.The working temperature of PVC and XLPE control cables are 70 and 90 separately.
Our factory developes 0.6/1kV XPLE insulated control cable based on PVC insulated and sheathed control cable for rated voltage 450/750V PVC.The flame retardant and fird resistant PVC/XLPE insulated control cable.
450/750V PVC insulated control cables are in accordance with the GB9330-88.0.6/1kV XLPE insulated control cable meets IEC60502.1.The electrical properties of flame retardant
is accordance with GB9330 Plastic insulated control cable.The property of flame retardant meets the requirements of class A,B or C of GB/T12666.5-90 Test on bunched wires or cable correspondingly.The property of fire resistant meets the class A or B requirements of the GB/T12666.6-90 Test on fire resisting characteristics of wire or cable.
