1. Warranty for Two Year(from The contract signing)

 NANHAO Group offers the technology training free of charge for one time chnicians from customer are trained by NANHAO Group technicians for 5-7days.If there are special situations happened. The training schedule will be depends. 

The traveling expenses between two countries are paid by NANHAO Group itself. 

But all the expenses that happen in customer’s country (Including the charge for traveling, room and board etc) should be paid by customer.

During the warranty date, NANHAO Group will supply the technology and service by network or telephone at any time. 

If the visiting service is needed, NANHAO Group will send technicians, the service is free of charge, 

but all expenses(Including the charge for traveling, room and board etc)should be paid customers.

2. Within the two year after shipment, if there are some troubles or damages on the machine.

 NANHAO Group will take charge of them and maintain the machine or change parts for customer free of charge. 

The freight for posting the machine or parts should be paid a half by both of NANHAO Group and customer.

3. As for the parts that are easily be damaged, there are spare ones available to offer free of charge(there will be one set of spare parts for each machine).

Notice:

 addition, this warranty is valid only for the original equipment purchase. It is not transferable if the equipment is resold

 NANHAO Group will not accept liability for equipment faults due to unforeseen and unusual circumstance, nor for fault fue to mishandling by customer
