polished or precision ground lenses. Designed with fabricators of high 
value coated optical components in mind. Liner is made with a premium
blend of non-abrasive, man-made materials and natural fibers, using resin 
free binders.

CMYK paper envelopes protect your lens blanks and edged lenses from dust and costly scratches. 

Available lined or unlined. FREE exist samples and quick lead time.

• Anti-abrasion lining prevents scratching of most coated optics and provides cushioning protection

• Eliminates the need for hand wrapping

• Neutral pH paper and adhesive laminate

• Premium grade 100g / 120g offset paper , 128g / 157g Matt/Glossy art paper
• Expandable, M side much suitable for thick ophthalmic lenses
• Protective inside lining with rayon/ non-woven fabrics
• Completely full coverage printing with bleeds
• Engineered to a degree of accuracy for compatibility with both automatic packaging machines and robotic automatic packaging machines.
