with Non-woven Fabric Lined Optical Envelopes!!
Fully lined with a cleanroom grade non-woven fabric. Ideal for use with
polished or precision ground lenses. Designed with fabricators of high
value coated optical components in mind. Liner is made with a premium
blend of non-abrasive, man-made materials and natural fibers, using resin
free binders.
Product Description:
White paper envelopes protect your lens blanks and edged lenses from dust and costly scratches. On-the-shelf, ready for your order. Available lined or unlined and manufactured in house.
Anti-abrasion lining prevents scratching of most coated optics and provides cushioning protection
Eliminates the need for hand wrapping
Neutral pH paper and adhesive laminate

Single Finished Lens Optical Packaging Envelopes:
- Premium grade 100g / 120g offset paper , 128g / 157g Matt/Glossy art paper
- Expandable, M side much suitable for thick ophthalmic lenses
- Protective inside lining with rayon/ non-woven fabrics
- Completely full coverage printing with bleeds
- Engineered to a degree of accuracy for compatibility with both automatic packaging machines and robotic automatic packaging machines.

7. End Production-Mass production products photos and samples will send to you for approval. You can also arrange the third party Inspection . |
8. Clients make payment for balance and we Ship the goods .Inform the tracking number and check the status for clients. |
