General introduction of oscillating screen
Oscillating screen specializes in screening and separating stones in the quarry. It is also used in coal processing, mine processing, building materials, power and chemical industries to classify the materials.
Our YK series are the latest types in China. Having reached the world advanced technical levels, the screening machine designed and made by our company are of high precision and efficiency. They are increasingly popular in the customers.
Operating principle of oscillating screen
Oscillating screen because the screening box moves on a circular locus. The vibration exciter, powered by the motor connected to wedge belts, rotates at a extremely high speed, and makes the screening box move. Thus, materials on the screen will move and the particles smaller than the screen mesh fall. In the multiple-layered machine, the feed is introduced to the top coarse screen, the undersize falling through to the finer screen. Thus a range of sized fractions can be produced by this machine.
The usage of oscillating screen
It should start when there is nothing on the screen surface, and should avoid start the machine with materials, when the material running steady, then can feed. Stop feeding before stop the machine, and keep there is no material on the surface then stop the machine. Observe the operation of the machine when it is running. If there are abnormal movement or unusual sound, we should stop the machine and examine it, find the causes, and eliminate the troubles.
