Sand Maker
Sand Maker Features
1. Simple structure and low operating cost;
2. High crushing ratio with low consumption;
3. Function of fine crushing and crude grinding;
4. Slightly influenced by moisture content of material, and the max moisture content is about 8%;
5. More suitable for crushing mid-hardness and hardness materials;

Sand Maker working Principal
The stones fall from the top of the machine, and then it is divided into two parts by material-dividing plate. One enters into high speed rotating impeller through the center of material-dividing plate. The other falls down from outside of material-dividing plate. Under the action of the high speed centrifugal force, the stones crushed the other distributed around the impeller in the form of umbrella. After the stones impact each other, the eddying motion is formed between the impeller and main case to bring about many times mutual, rubbing, and crushing till the granularity required is achieved.
