V. Equipment Introduction:
a flour mixer: According to the different production of production line, we choose different types of mix machine, theyare mainly three kinds of models which is BFJ - I, BFJ - II, BFJ - III. for you to choose.
b feeding machine: Power of motor for screw conveyor ensure feeding convenient and quick.
c extruder:Depending on the production type of the production line, choose different types of
DXY puffed host which production can be from 100 kg/h - 600 kg/h and regard corn flour, meal, bone meal, meat powder as raw materials, and change the mould based on specific product shape.
d elevator; Wefeed food into the oven, the hoist height can be determined. According to the oven, we also can choose the wind to send machine.
f Multilayer oven:Oven is mainly electric oven, its temperature is between 0-200 degree through the control cabinet to adjust, its internal is stainless steel double mesh bag, baking time can adjust according to the speed, there are three, five, seven layers stainless steel oven;
g Seasoning line: Have octagonal drum, drum, single roller, double rollers flavor line, according to the nature of production, product configuration
h vibrating screen: Excessing broken material and redundant out the material
