Santang Furniture, established in 1988, is one of the largest factories that produce steel, wooden and plastic furniture. We currently have over 300 styles for buyers to choose from, including office, dinner and folding chairs, coffee tables, desks .
<1>Production done in-house
All stages of production are performed in-house, and our raw materials are brought in from stable suppliers with whom we have worked together for many years. This gives us much greater control over the quality of finished products. With three ISO 9001:2000-certified factories located in Hebei covering 80,000 square meters, we are able to produce, in total, up to 5 million pieces each month. And we have our own molding machines so samples can be prepared for you within just two weeks.
<2>R&D and QC
Our design team consists of four designers with an average of 20 years of experience in the industry. They can deliver one or two new products each month to add to our already quite extensive range. Products made in our factories go through a strict process of quality control. Our inspectors will carry out many different tests, including drop tests, impact tests, seat fatigue tests and more. During our years of exporting our products, we have never yet encountered problems with quality, and we feel confident to give a two-year guarantee on all our products.
