Fully Automatic Italy Noodles/Spaghetti Making Machine With CE Certification
I. Description of the Fully Automatic Italy Noodles Making Machine:
This line is produced by single-screw extruder through extruding cooking; the pellet can be different shapes like shell, spiral, square tube, circle tube, and so on. After drying, the pellet needs frying to get expanded.
1. Raw materials:
adopts potato starch, corn starch, cassava starch, wheat flour, corn flour etc as raw materials
2. Finished Products:
This line can be used to produce pellets, snacks, corn flakes by adjusting the moulds from extruder;
3. Capacity: 100-120kg/h
4. Flow chart:
Mixing system---Extrusion system----Cutting system---Drying system---Frying system---Flavoring System --Packing system
5. Voltage in China: Three phases: 380V/50Hz, Single phase: 220V/50Hz, we can make it according to customers’ Local voltage according to different countries
