Dongxuya Italy Pasta production Line/Making Machine
1.introduction:
This pasta production line adopts potato starch, potato powder and corn starch as main materials, to produce a variety of twice extrusion ones in different shapes,
which are popular in the market, such as crispy pea, shell, screw, square tube, round tube, and wave.
This pasta production line is characterized by unique technique, rational configuration, high automation and stable performance.
The macaroni pasta production line can finish steaming, extrusion and shaping in one step without boiler.
The products have similar shapes to the real one and taste crispy and delicious after fried.
2. Voltage:
In China: Three phases: 380V/50Hz, Single phase: 220V/50Hz, we can make it according to customers’ Local
voltage in different countries.
3.Output:
110-120kg/h
4.Technical process:
raw material preparation→mixing→extruding→cooling→drying→frying→hoisting→flavoring→(packing)
5. Equipment configuration:
mixer→extruder→cooling machine→dryer→fryer→hoister&flavoring machine→roller→(packing machine)
