End carriage device description

• End carriage also called end beam or end truck. It is a necessary actuating device to be used for single or double girder bridge crane (overhead crane).
• About capacity: Normally from 1T to 10T. For special customer, we manufacture from the minimum capacity to the maximum capacity. How big you need, how big we make for you.
• About gear diameter: we have our standard and normal ones for your selection. But we also do custom-made for you especially according to your bridge crane specification.
• About motor quality: For meeting different customers demand, we specially manufacture two kinds of motor for our end truck. One is standard conical lifting motor which is manufactured by the most famous China motor factory “Nanjing Special Motor Factory”, the other one is the new safety motor “Softer Start motor” which is popular for most of customers nowadays.
• About span: As there are various usage environments for the bridge crane, the span would be different .If span is too large, maybe the end truck cannot support such capacity. How to find a solution? We will do custom made overall considering your capacity and span or other specification.
• About travelling speed: normally over 17m/min. Different motor, different speed.
