Structural Features:

5, Pressure roll diameter: ￠330mm, surface are grinding and plate chrome, cylinder control up-down, raw material is 45# medium carbon steel, hardening and tempering。
6, Glue wall plates adopt sliding structure, pneumatic control glue supply and glue back, diameter of the applicator glue roll : ￠242mm, surface are treated by polished and chrome plated.
7, The glue parts can be moved overall, changing applicator glue roll is quick and convenient. Electric separate glue and electric adjust the glue quantity. With digital display.
8, Corrugated roll and glue roll made in HeBei, the unilateral edge of corrugated roll is 0.15mm, and the unilateral edge of press roll is 0.075mm, add caging device.
9, Press roll adopt ￠140 double class cylinder
10, Pre-heater roll adopt seamless steel pipe which is produced by Tianjin Iron & steel group co,.ltd. Diameter ￠400mm, are all connected with metal soft pipe.
11, Provide rotary joints of all rollers 2 sets
12, Quick changing roller, paper braking protection, auto tracking glue.

1, Adjust glue thickness: Quantity of pasting glue and controlling glue is controlled by the clearance between glue roll and doctor roll adjustment and the inter-face appear control, there are manual and automatic control.
a.Manual controlling: Press the button that controls motor to adjust the clearance, to ensure enough amount of paste.
b, Auto-controlling: The coder and PLC auto-controls according to change of speed.
2, Adjust advance and retreat of glue roll and pressure roll clearance: The electric motor drive
Main Features
1, With magic eye track set, break-paper detect system, glue roll and pressure roll automatic disengage when paper break.
The yellow part is a light sensor which detects the running
condition of paper, in case paper gets cracking, it can recognize it and send signal to PLC to stop the machine to avoid more waste .

Drive by R67-46 0.75KW gear reducer motor, avoid glue dry on roll when machine paused, two imported separate glue motor CV100-10S.
This is an auto rotation system for the roll when the machine is stopped. Not driven by motor but by a single direction bearing with the pneumatic syste
