FTTH Outdoor Fiber Optic Cable(GYTA)
Description of products:
GYTA optical cable: Single-mode or multi-mode fiber is installed into loose tube made of high modulus plastic which is filled with water-resistant filling compound. In the centre of the cable core, there is a metallic strength core. For the optical cable with several cores, the metallic strength core is covered with a coat of PE, loose tubes (and fillers) are stranded into compact and circular cable core around central strength core, racks in cable core is filled with water-resistant filling compound. After aluminium tape coated with plastic(APL) is longitudinally applied, the cable is completed with PE outer sheath.
Product characteristics:
- 1.Precisely controlling surplus length of fiber ensure tensile strength and temperature characteristic of cable
- Material of loose tube itself has good hydrolysis resistance property and higher strength, and special tube filling ointment ensures a critical protection of fiber.
- 2.PE sheath has good ultraviolet ray resistance and environmental stress cracking resistance property.
- 3.The following measures are taken to ensure the cable watertight:
- 4.Use single steel wire as central strength member
- 5.Fill special fiber ointment in loose tube
- 6.100% cable core filling
- 7.Aluminium tape coated both with plastic(APL) enhances moisture-proof capacity of cable
- 8.Water-resistant material with good quality prevents cable from seeping water longitudinally

(dynamic) twenty times of external diameter of cable
