1 Feeding unit

2 Front paper feeding device with moving roller system (optional configuration) |
1) Adopting wind-absorbing auxiliary paper feeding. The motor of wind is 7.5KW. According to the bending degree of different paperboard it can adjusted the capacity of winding in order to ensure the smooth paper supplying.(valve adjusts the volume of wind.) 2) Fore part feeding system made in Taiwan, China. 3) The slotting unit equipped with inter-locking control switches to control suddenly stop feeding. 4) The position of front and back blocking plank is adjusted by electrically. The space of front blocking plank is adjusted by hand. 5) Feeding paper counting device can set and display the number of production. |
3 Dust removal device |
1)Equipped with hair-brushes and air draft dust removal device to sufficiently clean the foreign matter on the printing surface of the paperboard to improve the printing quality. |
4 Paper-feeding roller |
1) The external diameter of sending the paper onto the top of the roller is : Ø150mm,be packed with the wear-resisting rubber and corrected by balance. 2) The external diameter of the descend to send the paper roller is : Ø175mm,press corrugation and hard chrome plating. 3) The space of paper-sending roller is adjusted by hand. The space of adjustment:2~12mm. |
5Automatic zero returning device |
1) The feeding unit,printing unit and slotting unit have auto zero returning electrically and have the memory of cleaning board.. 2) Generally cartons are used automatic zero returning device and memory of cleaning board,.The normal production can be started only after 2 sheets trial printing to adjust the right position and save materials. |

1 Knife die roller(down roller) |
1) Its external diameter is 451mm (excluding knife die) 2) 45# cast steel processed with top quality steel grounded and chrome plated 3) Balance calibrated with stable revolving. 4) The fixed space of the knife die's screw hole is50mm×50mm 5) Suitable height of the knife die is 25.4mm 6) Thickness of wood die plate is :16mm(suitable for three layers plate) and 13mm(suitable for five layers plate) |
2 Rubber cushion roller(upper roller) |
1) Its external diameter is Ø468mm 2) The surface of cast iron is grinded and hard chrome plated. To be correct and balanced, so the revolving is steady. 4) The space between knife die roller is set with hand. 5) Thickness of the rubber cushion is 9mm(external diamete:486mm),width is 240mm. 6) Endurance glue is a super endurance high quality products bought from Taiwan. It can be replaced by the new one when the old one can not work, thus can recover the precision of die-cutting. 7) Endurance glue repairing automatically device. The line speed of endurance glue wheel has auto compensation ability, which can compensate the linear velocity automatically after the Rubber spring is weared , so it can maintain every batch precision of the board. 8) Mechanic horizontal movement device and the moving distance is ±35mm. |
3 Phase adjustment system |
1) Planet type gear structure. Adopt sending board with cylinder buffering rubber wheel . 2) Die-cutting phase adopt planet differential structure. Touch screen controlling and 360 degrees adjustment with electric digital(both revolving and stopping can be adjusted. 3) Electric digital adjusting horizontal position. The adjustment distance is 14mm in all. |
