Instruction
1 The corrugated cardboard production line is used in: base papers made into corrugated paperboard, adhesive, processing drying, definite form, slitting indentation, cross cutting into each kind of specification of corrugated carton box, and finally through the conveyor produce qualified products. High speed and high efficient flow operation.
2 We can produce high quality, medium, ordinary 3 ply, 5 ply and 7ply corrugated production line. Widths from 1300-2200mm, flute profiles: A, B, C, E, production speed from 30-150 meters/min .Customers specific needs catered for by experienced Corrugated Company. We can supply a complete corrugators or individual parts to complement your own line
The production line can be designed and manufactured according to clients’ requirements, such as layers of cardboard, max. width, speed, etc.
Main characteristics:
1 The material is high quality Chrome-Molybdenum steel.
2 The type of corrugation is UV type, which is widely used in the world. The cardboard shrinkage rate is low and the cardboard is of high quality and high strength.
3 Imported precision machine ,adopt the latest form grinding technology and cutting adopted , the precision of the corrugation dimension is assured to be up to national standard.
4 The teeth of corrugated roller are middle frequency quenched.
The top corrugated roller is drum type, with long service life.

These machines could do 1~5 colors printing, slitting, scoring, slicing, slotting, die-cutting, creasing, stacking, etc. on corrugated cardboard sheet to shaped carton sheet.
2. Folder Gluer, Stapler, Stitcher, Strapper Machine (Semi-auto or Automatic)
These machines could do folding, gluing, stapling, stitching carton sheet to carton box, and strapping carton boxes in bundles.

These machines are simple and easy to operate, suitable for various materials.
