1. Quality Control
When goods are being produced, the thickness, zinc coating ahd film thickness are controlled automatically, and clients will watch the process.
2. Quality Inspection
After goods are finished, clients can check the thickness with micrometer, check the film thickness with paint film thickness measuring meter, and inpsect the zinc coating with the following machine.
3. Our Lab
After goods are finished, clients can do test in our lab to test color aberration, zinc coating, tensile strength, film adhesion, yield point, Polymer coating solvent resistance and T-bending.
1. Package:
Standard export packing, 4 eye bands and 4 circumferential bands in steel, galvanized metal fluted rings on inner and outer edges, galvanized metal and waterproof paper wall protection disk, galvanized metal and waterproof paper around circumference and bore protection.
