1. What certificate do you have for your products?
Our products are compliant with REACH, RoHS & UL 94V-0 Flammability standard. Our UL was obtained in 2002, and our last REACH and RoHS tests were done in Jan 2015 according to the latest standards.

3. What is your sample policy ?
We can offer our standard products for free. We are also able to prototype new products.
4. How is your quality compared with other Chinese products ?
Quality is the most important factor that sets us apart from Chinese competition. We carry out strict quality control throughout the whole production process.
We test all raw materials to assure the compliance with REACH and RoHS. And we implement 5S management in our factory and we test 100% products before shipment.
In most cases, it is not difficult to distinguish ours from competing ones from the workmanship.
5. What color do you offer ?
We can offer visually any color, if you want any special color, just let us know the pantone number.
6. What is the MOQ of your order ?
For inventory, the MOQ is 100 pcs(depending on the models). Pls email us about MOQ for customized products.
We offer OEM for our customers.
7. What is the payment terms ?
Generally, we accept T/T 30% in advance, 70% balance before shipment. We also accept Paypal, Western Union and MoneyGram for small orders.
8. What is your lead time of your pvc pipe thread fitting end cap with UL REACH certificate ?
5 work days for regular products. Inventory will be shipped out upon payment, and customized products will be shipped as negotiated.
