The Mould making process:
We are a professional and seasoned plastic/metal moulds and products manufacturer that can make
various plastic / metal moulds and products.We can supply one-stop services from plastic/metal product
design, Prototype, Mould design/ manufacture , Injection moulding, Painting and Silk-screen,Product
assembly, Stamping, Mechanical processing metal parts and etc.
We have own two factories in China, among which Huizhou Guanfeng Plastic Mould Co., Ltd has been
inspected and assessed onsite by Alibaba and Germany TüV Rheinland, and has been given a in-depth
and authoritative report for the production capabilities. Also it has been ISO9001 and ISO14001 certificated.,
Our factory area is 20,000 square meters. We have over 300 employees, There are more than 20
engineers and more than 70 moulders. There are more than 50 sets of equipment in our mold workshop,
including six CNC machines and six EDM machines. The largest CNC travel is 2,000mm. We have
more than 40 sets of injection machines from 50T to 2,000T in our injection molding workshop.In our
spraying and silk-screen workshop, there are two painting lines, two silk-screen lines, pad printing machines
and some other equipment. There are four assembly lines, ultrasonic welding machines and over 10 sets
of all kinds of other machines in our product assembly workshop.
We have complete quality guarantee system. We have a special measure office and some testing equipment,
and have arranged relevant quality inspection personnels to test every step of the production by IQC, QC
and QA to ensure the every product is reliable quality.
