For General building material,it use Polyester Coating as top painting,it is made through the process of chemical
pretreatment,preliminary coating and fine coating on the continuous units.and it has good anticorrosion,forming,
decoration.and can make all kinds of new type material,such as corrugated roofing sheet,sanwich panels,
and be used for a variety of emerging industrial building.

coating: continuous twice coating and drying on top side or both sides
(laminated film system can be chosen: dry film laminating)

Thickness of dry film on base coating can be 5~10μm (wet film is about 15~20μm).
Thickness of dry film on top coating can be 5~15μm (wet film is 20~40μm).

6>Energy:
Natural gas, electric, diesel oil, liquefied gas, coal,propane and so on.(pressure force:50100Mbar) (choose energy type according to the local energy requirement of customers')
7>Degrease form:
Polar chemical degreasing+three - level water rinsing+Water spray.
8>Energy saving:exhaust gas and heat recycling.
