1.Outer diameter of the steel coil:800-2000mm

2.Inner diameter of the coil:508/610mm

3.Roller coating process:coating: continuous twice coating and drying on top side or both sides (laminated film system can be chosen: dry film laminating)

4.Thickness of color coating: Thickness of dry film on base coating can be 5~10μm (wet film is about 15~20μm). Thickness of dry film on top coating can be 5~15μm (wet film is 20~40μm).

5.Production capacity:100,000 ton one year

6.Energy: Natural gas, electric, diesel oil, liquefied gas, coal,propane and so on.(pressure force:50-100Mbar) (choose energy type according to the local energy requirement of customers')

1.Advanced roller coating process,reliable and mature technology,can be widely used for construction sector and so on.

2.Using Vertical accumulator ,it can effectively reduce the production line to the type of sheet.

3.To ensure product's quality,initial treatment use polar chemical degreasing+three - level water rinsing+Water spray,and in the last set,it clean  by fresh water.it can enhance degreasing effect,then clear the coil of sheet surface completely.
4.To enhanced adhesion between sheet surface and painting coating,it install

chemical coating,and form a chemical conversion layer on the surface of sheet,and in surface of sheet and subsequent coating as a transition layer.

5.Chemistry uses roller coating method,advanced technology,and has good quality for chemical film,so it can guarantee performance and quality of paint coating.AC frequency conversion motor drives,speed can be adjusted separately to fit requirements of process;To ensure the uniformity of liquid throughout the process.it equip with coating of liquid circulation mixing system.

Two groups of coating head all have fast switching mechanism to avoid replacing suture or weld roll. The process has characteristic that less pollution, high agent utilization of chemical treatment, uniform chemical film, densing and so on.

6.Coating machine has turning rollers , supporting rollers, sticky rollers,measuring rollers, coated rollers,and has upgradeable coating pan, it has design of precision coating thickness adjustment mechanism,and it has
their respective AC variable - frequency adjustable - speed motor drive system.

Coating machine can climb or reverse coating and other coating operations.then adapt different requirements for various products.Coating thickness and leveling properties can be adjusted by adjusting the speed of roll and process and different coating operations.and by coating adjusting mechanism,adjust the gap between the roller and pressure,using pressure sensor coating roll pressure that display pressure,then control of the coating thickness precisely.

7.Drying kiln use heating mode with hot air circulation forced,Heating mode can select a variety of energy.such as Natural gas,Coal,Gas,Electricity,liquefied gases and so on.Stove body adopts the labyrinth plate structure,thick heat Insulating,it can prevent heat outbound effectively;it can set and control of temperature according to the different coating and thickness.Drying kiln has hot air circulation system,fresh air supplement system,solvent emissions system,automatic temperature control system and so on.Exhaust gas of incineration and waste heat recovery, in addition to meet national emission standard,and save energy effectively, reducing production costs.

8. CPC, EPC's selection, can ensure the stable production of set.

9 .Using AC variable - frequency adjustable - speed drive control systems, it's better for human - machine interface and maintaining equipment.
