1) We supply free samples to our customers and generally  samples of 24 volts transformer can be finished within one week.  But Samples delivery fee to customer will have to be paid by our customers

2) To better protect our customers' interests, We give our customer 2-year product warranty for such class 2 transformers in the terms of product being used properly 

3) 24 hours english hotline availabe for any kinds of questions, product related

2)  Production procedure 

First, we will audit our suppliers to be sure they are qualified 

Second: we do incoming material checking which comes from our qualified suppliers

Third, we will make samples out of the incoming material we got from our qualified suppliers before we start mass production 

Fourth, 2 times checking, 100%, both electrical and physical, during production process

Fifth, 100% final checking by our QC
