3)What is your delivery terms?

5)The video confence camera doesn’t have the interface I need, what should I do?
--Yes, it might cannot meet your requirement. However, Talk to our sale, the interface we can add to conferencing camera with charging extra fees. We promised : All your need we will try our best to satified you.
6)Can I install the conference camera by myself?
--Of course,the conferencing camera is flexible to install. We supplied camera accompanied with DV 12V power adapter, IR controller, braket, operation menu, RS-232 cable and YPBPR cable.You can install by user manual or you can contact us in need.
7)How about warranty?
--Generally, modules for 1 year, and conference camera for 2 years.
