JQ SERIES RUBBER STOPPER WASHING MACHINE
Brief introduction:Jq10 type rubber stopper washing machine is a cage rubber stopper washing machine our company developed for cleaning of butyl rubber stopper.It put the stopper separately in the cages round the main bucket and clean and sterilize them thoroughly.
Working principle:
This machine consists of pressure-resist main pot,cages,water and air pipe,material inlet and outlet and electric control system.
It conduct spraying, air rinsing,vacuum cleaning, fulling, steam sterilization, vacuum drying,vacuum cooling and material outlet under the function of the electric control system.
Characteristic:
Touch panel operation and PLC control,with inter-lock function,relable safety standard and high automation degree.
Standard electric wiring, easy for maintenance and repairing
Part of the material is made of S.S.316L.Inner roughness reaches 0.5μm,round transferring at the corner,no dead angle. The choosing of valve and pipe comply with GMP requirements.
The stoppers are washing in 8~12 working section,cleaning and sterilization are in the separate cage.So the cleaning effect is good and cost is low. Every cage is separate, can be disassembled, maintained and replaced, the structure is reasonable.
Functions:real-time working status,error alarm and display, message and report function, storage and printing of the technical parameter.
Fhis machine can washing different size of rubber stoppers, can also washing bid diameter material bucket rubber stopper.
This machine can auto run,or can be manually operated
