Main Application:
This machine is a turning plastic bottle infusion filling & sealing equipment. It can be suitable for 100ml, 250ml, 500ml various sizes plastic bottle infusion producing. It can automatically finish procedures such as infusion bottle filling, bottle feeding, cap sealing, etc.
Function Feature:
Combined filling and sealing, high structure, operator few, clean area small;
It follows Q=vt filling principles with accurate quantity, no friction and particle generated;
Filling and sealing are lined with clutch. At the urgent situation it can separate, stop filling;
Filling and sealing are lined with 800mm long track, convenient to adjust quantity;
Both filling and sealing adopt dragon entering bottle, realizing entering bottle and leaving.
Bottle synchronism;
Drawing caps adopts manipulator drawing way, accurately and reliably, low noise;
Unique welding installation, heating bottle mouth and bottle cap well-distributed;
The stretch of sealing heating plank can be controlled, greatly reducing bottles and caps damage, rising product standard rate;
