lThe machine body is an independent cube, composed of bearing frame, gear box and engine base. The hopper charging spout is connected with the bearing frame, stretching outside the machine body. The stretching-out engine base front can make the machine be placed broadly and stablely, therefore, no installation work is needed, and the machine could be arbitrarily placed for use.

 

 

l2.Particle manufacturing device: The rotary cylinder lies below the hopper changing spout, with a bearing support in front and behind the cylinder. It works, by the rotating of the gear racks, making forward-inverse rotations. The front bearing pedestal of the slide is flexible, the user only to need screw out there screws to take out the front bearing pedestal and the rotary cylinder.

 

 

l3.Screen pipe clamp: It is installed on both sides of the rotary cylinder, made of steel pipes. With a long slot in the middle, the rotary hand wheel wraps the screen on the outer circle of the rotary cylinder, with a ratchet supporting the hand wheel gear; the tightness of the clamp could be adjusted.

 

 

l4.Speed reducer: the use of worm gear drive is adopted; the transmission ratio is 1:30. Lubrication oil can be stored in the box to make the gear lubricated and run without making noises. The shaft ends are equipped with eccentric crank to make the gear racks make reciprocating movement, and the ratch’s meshing gear shaft rotates forward-backward repeatedly.

 

 

l5.Engine base motor: The motor is installed inside the case body. If any adjustment of the motor is needed, open the front and back cover to adjust the motor and the motor base plate.
