Product Introduction
Our company produces CN-YJJTZ assembly straight through joint and CN-YJJJZ insulating joint two type products applied to any cross section. Both of them are used to connect any cross section between two cables.
Products are composed of epoxy insulation body (epoxy bushing), stress cone, cone prop, and wiping sleeve. If necessary, fiberglass protective shell can be added.
Main body of epoxy insulating adopts epoxy resin vacuum pouring forming. Stress cone adopts imported liquid silicone rubber pouring forming. Cone prop tight top of stress cone with long-term stability of the hold force and uniform electric field capacity. Outer Protective shell with waterproof sealant inside protects from water corrosion, which is optional to customers. The products use multiple sealing structures to prevent the intrusion of moisture. All of the seal rings are composed of imported NBR or silicon rubber. All of the fasteners are composed of stainless steel with good waterproof performance.
The cross sectional areas range of cables with supporting accessories of various voltages is as following:
48/66kV~56/77kV 150~1400mm²;
64/110kV~76/138kV 240~1600mm²;
127/220kV~290/500kV 400~3000mm²
Product Characteristics:
1. Wide application: It can connect any cross section between two cables, which prefabricated rubber insulated joints cannot be achieved.
2. Any conversion of straight-through and insulated joint, which prefabricated rubber insulated joints cannot achieve.
3. Easy installation: the length of processing cable for plug-in structure termination is less than 300mm. The dry-type structure is oil free and gas free, greatly reducing the labor of installation.
