Product Introduction
Our company produces CN-YJZWRG two type soft dry outdoor terminations CN-YJZWRG3 and CN-YJZWRG4, which are widely used for outdoor high-voltage overhead lines and cable connections with antifouling grades of grade III and grade IV.
They are composed of connector lug, prefabricated silicone rubber main body(including stress cone), and wiping sleeve.
The prefabricated silicone rubber main body adopts imported liquid silicone rubber injecting forming with soft dry structure which has long-term stability of lasting hold force and electric field uniform ability.
Cover skirt outside the bushing, the overall is conical with good performance of pollution resistant, climate resistance, anti-leakage marks, anti-erosion and water repellent ability.
There’s no need to fill insulating gas or oil, which effectively ensures the long-term safety operation of the product. Our product is using multiple sealing structures which can effectively prevent the leakage of water immersion and insulating oil. All of the seals are using imported NBR or silicon rubber material. All of the fasteners are stainless steel with good waterproof seal performance.
However, due to the lack of sufficient rigidity, it should not be installed in windy areas.
The cross sectional areas range of cables with supporting accessories of various voltages is as following:
48/66kV~56/77kV 150~1400mm²;
64/110kV~76/138kV 240~1600mm²;
Product Characteristics:
Soft dry outdoor terminal not only has all the advantages of rigid dry outdoor terminal, but also has the following superior performances:
Lighter weight: the whole weight of main body of fully prefabricated soft silicone rubber is less than 30kg.
Easier Installation: due to the lighter weight, it can be installed on the ground and then lifted into place. There’s no need to build aerial installation platform, greatly reducing the labor.
Products are particularly suitable for indoor installation, the best choice for indoor termination.
