  • APP Series C-frame console pressess are specialized riveting equipments without rivets. In stead of all previous methods which have involved economic and technical problems, they will join different materials by means of a deep drawing-pressing process, and which do so without damage to the surface, purely by displacing and forming.
  • It assures you with high productive efficiency as well as full process automaticly monitoring and joining strength checking.
  • In the process of pressing , sheet metals of different thicknesses or materials, even with adhesives or other intermediate layers are fully joined.
  • In industrial applications,Its available of clinching for single sheet thicknesses of 0.5 mm up to a total layer thickness of 11.0 mm and up to 7500 N tensile strength. In laboratory tests significantly higher values have already been achieved!
