Ningbo Jiali manufactures ODS for 15 years.
ODS stands for "Oxygen Depletion Sensor".
Oxygen depletion safety shut-off system(ODS):
The system is made up of thermocouple,ignitor,the injector(burner) assembly and the nozzle assembly and so on.
It is designed to shut off the main burner of the gas appliance for use with NG or LPG gases ,when the oxygen
content of the room in which the appliance installed is reduced below a predetermined level,so as to protect
user’s health and safty.
1.Working principle: ODS use thermocouple component as a sensor to search the temperature
of pilot flame in order to drive the electromagnetic valve,when the space is hypoxia( O2 17%~19%),the
flame temperature is under 400°C,there is not enough potential to open the valve ,so then the valve will be closed to keep safe .
2.Function: automatic ignition for gas appliance ,hypoxia protection.
3. Applicable gas : LPG,NG,Propane & Butane
