How to use
1.Turning the measure on/off
To turn on the measur ,press READ.The measurer turns itself off if no key is pressed within about 30 seconds .
2.Taking a measurement
(1)press measurer to turn on the unit ,the laser light on, the distance between the measure and the point you measured appears.
(2)hold the bottom of measure flat against a wall .about halfway between the floor and ceiling ,be sure there is a clear path to the point you want to measure and that your head or hands do not block the front of the measurer.
3.Set the base of measurement the initial base is bottom base, the bottom unit icon will display ,if you press the set key ,will change to top base ,and the top unit icon will diplay.
4.Adding /substracting after measurer the length M1,then press +or - and you can get the result M1+M2 or M1-M2.
5.Metric and imperial the initial unit is metric ,press the FEET /MEATER key the unit can switch betwen METRIC and IMPERIAL.
6.Calculating area and volume to find the area and volume of a room , measure the length.and press X,measure the width then press X ,then the square jcon and data of area appears ,measure the Height and press X the cubic and the data of volume appears.
Caution
1.The laser emitted from the unit is visible laser of 650nm wavelength
2.Don't stare into the laser beam and also don't shoot laser beam to any other's eyes.
3.Class II laser product Output < 1mw.
4.Corresponding label is affixed on the back of the unit.
5.If you do not plan to use the measure for a moonth or more ,remove the battery ,Batteries can leak chemicals that can destroy electronic parts.
