Product information
Henan senyou stainless steel lab test equipment for laboratory is inspection of grain size distribution of abrasive macro grits and ultra hard material .Many R&D laboratories use this shakers to test and separate material, such as geology, chemicals, concrete medicine, defenses etc.
Structure
Feature
1. The frame is tightly. This design enables clean screening, less screen wear and longer screen life.
2. As the screen vibrates in multilane hence the holes of the screen remain clear.
3. This screen occupies less than half the spaces as occupied by any other screen of same.
4. Due to vibrations in the vertical plane, blinding of screen is minimized. For certain materials which have inherent blinding, sticking Property and special accessories can be used to eliminate this problem.
5. There are no vibrations at the screen base. Even no flooring is needed.
6. The design enables to utilize the vibratory force generated by the motor to the optimum and very few moving parts reduce the maintenance to minimum.

Application
Function &Principle
1.Size classification: separation of particles into groups of comparable size from the materials.
2.Gravity filtering: removal of solids from liquids and slurries.
3.Product reclamation: removal of the solids from waste product or clarification of waste liquor for further use.
4.Screening: separation of a few oversize particles from a quantity of materials.
5.Liquid cleaning: cleaning of wastewater or remobving the solids from recirculating liquid.
