Stainless steel 304 wire mesh test sieve machines is a screening device designed to separate solids from liquids,segregate smaller particles from larger particles,and to remove foreign matter.
Primary and Intermediates need to be sieved to remove oversize and undersize particles in order to ensure a correct particle size distribution ready for granulation and subsequent tablet pressing. This, usually, involves a straight forward sieving process involving Senyou circular vibratory screens, with stainless steel bases and polished sieve decks.

1.Size classification: separation of particles into groups of comparable size from the materials.
2.Gravity filtering: removal of solids from liquids and slurries.
3.Product reclamation: removal of the solids from waste product or clarification of waste liquor for further use.
4.Screening: separation of a few oversize particles from a quantity of materials.
